1. Receipt of damaged product
2. You feel that the product received is not of the same or different
3. A missing product in a shipment containing multiple products
To report an issue, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and provide an unpacking video. Requests will be evaluated by our team, and decisions are subject to their discretion.
Once your order has been dispatched from our restaurant or the tracking number is updated, cancellation is not possible. We rely on third-party courier partners for delivery, making it challenging to cancel orders after dispatch. Any delivery queries or issues will be promptly escalated to our courier partner or contact us.
Refunds will be processed only if products are returned in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, or if provided images clearly show damage or an incorrect item received.
Refunds may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your bank statement.
